Outdoor Distributor Sales Specialist (Fresh Food) / Up to $7k basic++

💰 Salary: Up to SGD 8,000/month basic + transport allowance + uncapped commissions + AWS!
📍 Location: Jurong East MRT

Key Responsibilities (80% hunter, 20% KAM)
  • Drive New Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for new F&B clients through cold visits, prospecting, and field engagement. Build strong relationships with key decision makers across restaurants, cafes, chains, and catering groups to expand the company’s footprint in the foodservice sector.
  • Understand Customer Needs and Product Fit: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ menu requirements, purchasing patterns, and operational challenges. Match their needs with the right frozen, fresh, and dried food products to deliver practical, value‑driven solutions.
  • Execute Outdoor Sales Strategy: Plan and carry out regular on‑site visits to F&B outlets to showcase products, present samples, and negotiate deals. Stay close to the ground to pick up market shifts, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands.
  • Grow Revenue and Market Share: Drive aggressive sales growth by opening new accounts and expanding product penetration within existing ones. Proactively pursue opportunities to upsell and introduce new product lines.
  • Strengthen Service and Delivery Experience: Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and delivered on time. Maintain high service standards that encourage repeat business and long‑term customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales (at least 70% hunter) – preferably in fresh food, F&B, or perishable goods sectors.
  • Proven track record in the industry with outstanding achievements.
  • Comfortable with selling non‑halal products.
