Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Telemarketer (Outbound Telesales) in Singapore to drive sales through outbound calls to partner-provided leads. You will aim to meet or exceed assigned targets and engage customers effectively.

You will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and convert qualified leads into opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements. Prior experience in telemarketing is essential.

Qualifications

• BCP or PGI certification is required.
• Min 2 years’ experience in telemarketing/ tele-sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective telemarketing and customer engagement.
• Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to established quality and service standards.
