Coins.ph, a leading crypto brand in the Philippines, seeks an OTC Trading Director to scale its OTC business, manage client relationships, and own PnL across crypto, FX, and stablecoins in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will lead pricing, liquidity strategy, risk controls, and platform development with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable trading infrastructure and superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in OTC trading, FX trading, crypto markets, market making, or sales trading.
• Proven track record executing large and complex OTC transactions.
• Strong understanding of FX, crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads, and settlement flows.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory risk, and hedging strategies across volatile markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships.

The OTC Trading Director will lead and scale Coins.ph's OTC trading business, overseeing execution, client coverage, pricing strategy, and risk management across crypto, FX, and stablecoin markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring robust risk controls, efficient execution, and best-in-class client experience in a fast-moving, 24/7 trading environment.

What You'll Do

Trading & Execution

• Lead execution of OTC transactions including large block trades, liquidations, and bespoke client orders
• Ensure high-quality execution across crypto, FX, and stablecoin products
• Optimize execution strategies to minimize slippage and maximize client satisfaction

Client Coverage & Sales Trading

• Manage and grow relationships with institutional and high-value OTC clients
• Tailor pricing, spreads, liquidity access, and execution structures per client profile
• Act as senior point of contact for high-touch, strategic OTC relationships

P&L & Risk Ownership

• Own OTC trading PnL, inventory exposure, and hedging performance
• Design and manage risk limits across asset classes and counterparties
• Continuously optimize hedging strategies and inventory management across markets

Pricing & Liquidity Management

• Oversee pricing models, spread configuration, and real-time quote generation
• Manage liquidity routing across 30+ global venues and counterparties
• Ensure competitive and consistent pricing across market conditions

Platform & Infrastructure Development

• Partner with product and engineering teams to build OTC systems including:
  • Pricing engine
  • Risk engine
  • Order management & client management systems
  • Settlement and reconciliation infrastructure
  • OTC trading frontend tools
• Drive automation and scalability of OTC workflows

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a high-performing OTC trading team
• Define OTC business strategy, market expansion opportunities, and product roadmap
• Collaborate closely with compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory and operational robustness

What We Expect From You

• 7-12+ years of experience in OTC trading, FX trading, crypto markets, market making, or sales trading
• Proven track record executing large and complex OTC transactions
• Strong understanding of FX, crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads, and settlement flows
• Experience managing PnL, inventory risk, and hedging strategies across volatile markets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset; comfortable working with trading tools and internal platforms
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on trading infrastructure development
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and scale trading teams
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in a 24/7 trading environment
