Job summary

MPA Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore is seeking an experienced cybersecurity SME for OT security to build and lead capability development for the agency and the Maritime sector. You will design and implement OT security initiatives, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and work with divisions to establish guidelines, reference architectures, and training.

Strong communication, 3+ years OT security experience, and CISSP or equivalent are required; you will drive projects end-to-end

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OT security experience (OT Purdue model, OT network security).
• Experience with OT security tools (risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus, firewalls, IDS, centralized logs).
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP).
• Knowledge of IT/OT security standards (NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Team-player with strong analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity studies and define scope.
• Develop OT cybersecurity initiatives for Maritime sector.
• Create guidelines, requirements, and reference architecture; establish training.
• Perform security reviews, risk/vulnerability assessments, and testing for OT.
• Monitor security and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Lead project management across lifecycle to deliver outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry practices and advise leadership.
