Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable Personal Driver for the Board of Directors. The role requires a valid Class 3A driving license, strong knowledge of traffic rules, and a high sense of responsibility.

You will chauffeur directors and guests, run errands, perform routine car inspections and maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, refuel and manage the cash card, and be prepared to standby with overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or higher preferred.
• Valid Class 3A driving license with clean record.
• Minimum 3 years as chauffeur or personal driver.
• Familiar with Singapore traffic regulations and navigation apps.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to standby including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur Directors and guests punctually.
• Run errands as required.
• Perform routine car inspections and maintenance checks.
• Keep the car clean and well-maintained, arrange servicing.
• Daily upkeep of the car including refueling and cash card management.
• Ensure safety and comfort as a priority.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Driver for Board of Director.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, excellent knowledge of traffic rules, and a strong sense of responsibility.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide chauffeuring to the Directors and guests and visitors on time.
• Run errands for the Directors when required.
• Perform routine car inspections and maintenance checks regularly.
• Ensure the car is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition, including sending the car for servicing and cleaning.
• Daily upkeep of the car, including refueling and topping up cash card value.
• Ensure that safety and comfort are always a priority.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Secondary School and above is preferred.
• Valid Class 3A driving license and good driving record.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as professional chauffeur or personal driver.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore traffic regulations and safe drive practices.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and good in using navigation applications to find locations.
• Punctual, reliable and responsible.
• Willing to standby and work overtime, including weekends and holidays when needed.
