Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations teams to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational errors.
• Initiate and implement automation programs to minimize manual tasks and improve overall productivity.
• Develop and drive internal operational solutions to support new business models and sales initiatives.
• Oversee the end-to-end vehicle registration process, including documentation, fee calculation, and system submissions via the Land Transport platform.
• Manage Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding and applications.
• Ensure compliance with local vehicle trading regulations through accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of newly implemented programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical business deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop internal process documentation and contribute to global operational initiatives.
