• Manage service parts and accessories order and supply across Asia Pacific and other regions.
• Ensure timely order processing and on-time delivery.
• Handle enquiries from distributors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on shipment arrangements.
• Handle shipment documentation, e.g., Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, etc., to ensure smooth customs clearance by importers.
• Handle warranty claims, mispacking reports, and logistics quality issues reports.
• Manage SAP for supplier payment and buyer invoices.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.

Requirements:

• Candidates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply.
• Highly competent with MS Office (PowerPoint, especially Excel, Access).
• Willing to travel to Asia for business trips if required.
• Power BI proficiency is an added advantage.
