Job Description

• Ensure that customer purchase orders are properly processed and follow through.
• Ensure proper co‑ordination with Production Planners and affiliates to ensure that the delivery date meets customer requirements.
• Support on co‑ordination on pre‑shipment and co‑shipment samples arrangement, if needed.
• Support on external document requests are arranged, if needed.
• Monitor and follow up with affiliates/clients to ensure products timely delivery.
• To liaise with customers & affiliates on incomplete order details.
