Job description

Responsible for scanning, filing, and maintaining proper records of all returned Delivery Orders (DOs), Credit Notes (CNs), and all other documentation for the department.

Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of e-invoices in accordance with project and client requirements.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.

Assist with sample arrangement and coordinate self-collection processes.

Receive, verify, and process sample requests from the marketing and sales teams.

Coordinate with internal departments, delivery teams, and customers for project logistics.

Answer calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.

Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration or a related fieldn

Prior experience in administrative, documentation, or project support roles is preferred.
