• Collection and review of annual/monthly sales forecast for Singapore site.
• Handling of customer demands, response to delivery schedules.
• Maintenance and review of system orders and prices.
• Tracking of order delivery status and warehouse shipment conditions.
• Accounting processing and follow-up of accounts receivable.

Job description

1. Collection and review of annual/monthly sales forecast for Singapore site.
2. Handling of customer demands (acceptance, analysis, and order placement), and response to delivery schedules.
3. Collection and filing of new customer information, maintenance and review of system orders and prices.
4. Arrangement of shipments, tracking of order delivery status and warehouse shipment conditions, and creation of system delivery documents.
5. Internal and external accounting processing (reconciliation and invoicing), analysis and follow-up of un-invoiced items, and follow-up of accounts receivable for timely collection.
