We believe every patient deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for — and we're looking for an Oral Health Therapist who shares that passion.

Role Description

This is a role for an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Therapists/ Hygienists, based in Singapore, with flexible working hours that can be discussed, including the option for remote work on some days. The OHT will be responsible for counselling, advising, and introducing dental hygiene practices to babies aged 6 to 12 months, conducting basic dental checks, and guiding parents on dental hygiene habits — including when to start, proper brushing technique, and appropriate toothpaste choice. The OHT will also collaborate with doctors, paediatric dentists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, family-centred care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience seeing paediatric patients
• Comfortable and experienced working with infants and young children
• Knowledge of family-centred care and the ability to educate and support parents and guardians
• Collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams, including paediatricians
• Certification as an Oral Health Therapist and licensing in Singapore
• Organizational skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
