Overview
Reporting to the Manager, SCM Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the Oracle ERP implementation & Support project team, working with the implementation partner, business users, and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practices.
This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation.
Should have hands‑on experience with development of integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle of requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and document AS‑IS / TO‑BE business processes, configuration scripts, and other associated functional specifications from end‑user requirements, as well as system documentation for new implementations.
- Assist with the configuration and development of application objects, workflow, reporting, integration, and conversion programs.
- Outline functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and conduct unit and system integration tests.
- Conduct user training and manage user testing.
- Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
- Track and follow up on operational issues, and perform change impact analysis for quarterly changes on BAU landscape with reference to the project landscape.
- liaise with business users and vendors to ensure deliverables are of quality.
- Manage Oracle ERP R12 related support activities and help with Oracle Fusion implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5‑7 years of experience, with at least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion cloud project implementations in Supply Chain & Distribution, and sound business process knowledge (e.g. Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay) in a global environment; Order‑to‑Cash implementation experience required.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Distribution modules such as Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, and Order Management.
- Preference for experience in Global Trade Management and RFsmart (Android experience preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud data structures and data flow.
- Design, development, integration, BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI reports & dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF ADF, personalization, Oracle Application frameworks, XML publisher reports and interfaces using PL/SQL stored procedures.
- Experience with data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi).
- Good understanding of Oracle PaaS & SaaS architecture.
- Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration is a definite plus.
- Experience in an end‑user environment is required; those with experience in high‑tech manufacturing will be a plus.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, sensitive to team dynamics and cultures.
- Well versed in SCRUM project methodology.
- Ability to interact with Mandarin‑speaking users to understand business requirements.
