Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks Oracle HCM specialists to lead the implementation and deployment of the Oracle Learning module. Candidates should have 8-15 years of experience in Oracle Learning and a strong understanding of HR processes. Excellent communication skills are essential. Qualifications

  • 8 – 15 years of deep, hands-on experience in the Oracle Learning module.
  • Strong understanding of relevant HR processes like workforce scheduling and expense policies.
  • For Integration Leads: expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services.
  • For Data Migration Leads: advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools.
  • Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Learning module.

  • Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module.
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads.
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates and plan rollouts.

We are seeking Oracle HCM specialists to lead:

Learning Module
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of your Oracle Learning module
  • Facilitate business workshops to capture functional and technical requirements
  • Configure module workflows, rules, and security roles in accordance with organisational policies
  • Oversee development of RICEW objects for your module (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross module and cross system alignment
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, and lead UAT for your functional area
  • Deliver end user training, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Provide subject matter expertise during cut over planning and post go live hypercare
  • Monitor Oracle HCM quarterly updates for your module and plan controlled rollouts

  • For Integration Leads: expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services
  • For Data Migration Leads: advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools
  • Experience in large scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
