Responsibilities
  • Define integration architecture and standards for Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM).

  • Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using:

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • REST and SOAP web services

    • File-based integrations (HCM Extracts, BI Publisher)

  • Ensure integrations align with enterprise security, performance, and scalability standards.

Integration Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end integration delivery across implementation and enhancement projects.

  • Review technical designs, mappings, and code developed by integration team members.

  • Manage error handling, reconciliation, logging, and monitoring strategies.

  • Support data migration and conversions in collaboration with functional teams.

Platform Support
  • Support integrations across Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise platforms.

Project Leadership
  • Act as the primary integration SME for project stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with functional leads, architects, and client IT teams.

  • Mentor and guide integration developers and analysts.

  • Support effort estimation, solution planning, and proposal activities.

Testing, Go-Live & Support
  • Define and execute integration testing strategies (unit, SIT, UAT).

  • Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and lead root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle integrations or middleware.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Proven experience leading integration workstreams on Oracle Cloud implementations.

  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with third‑party and legacy systems.
