Job summary

A leading staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Oracle IAM specialist to develop and customize IAM solutions, onboard applications into Oracle Identity Manager, and implement enhancements using Oracle ADF. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in Oracle IAM, particularly within the financial services sector, ensuring compliance-driven IAM requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Onboard applications into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including: Connector configuration, Provisioning workflows, Access policy setup.
• Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to improve UI and user experience.
• Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle IAM components and integrations for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
• Proven hands‑on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
• Must have expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
• Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance‑driven IAM requirements.
