Qualifications

• 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM cloud modules and development.
• Good to have Oracle HCM cloud certification(s).
• Experience in large-scale HR system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle HCM cloud modules (Core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning).
• Build integrations using HCM extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC.
• Create reports and dashboards with OTBI and BI publisher.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and ensure implementation.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
