Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM implementations.
• Experience managing teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM modules.
• Act as primary point of contact for client HR and IT stakeholders.
• Manage onshore/offshore functional teams and third-party vendors.
