Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP professional to manage end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle ERP projects, including Fusion Cloud implementations and BI/reporting integrations.

You will document business processes, configure objects and workflows, and lead testing and user training across a diverse user base. The role requires strong coordination with Mandarin-speaking users and vendors, with SCRUM-driven agile delivery in a high-tech manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS modules for supply chain and distribution.
• Experience migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Global Trade Management and RFsmart is a plus.
• Background in high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle ERP projects from requirements to support.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and functional specs.
• Configure and develop application objects, workflows, and reports.
• Design and execute functional, unit, and integration tests.
• Conduct user training and manage UAT for new systems.
• Analyze data integrity issues and drive resolution.
• Coordinate change impact analysis for quarterly updates.
• Collaborate with business users and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Support Oracle ERP R12 and assist with Fusion Cloud implementation.
