Job summary
Morgan McKinley Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst / Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. The role focuses on end-to-end solutions, coordinating with Oracle development, middleware, and 3PL partners to align configurations, integration flows, and warehouse processes.
The candidate should own the integration workstream from requirements to go-live, with strong OM, INV, PO expertise and hands-on experience in 3PL WMS integrations, SIT/UAT, and hypercare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience as a Oracle Business Analyst / Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (10–20 years).
- Experience in Supply Chain, OM/INV/PO with BOM/WIP exposure.
- Experience leading end-to-end Oracle, middleware, and 3PL integrations.
- Hands-on integration design with middleware and 3PL WMS.
Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Solution Ownership across Oracle EBS and integration layers.
- Design Oracle EBS configurations and middleware integration with 3PL WMS.
- Lead functional architecture, data flows, interface sequencing and orchestration.
- Oversee AS IS/TO BE analyses, workshops, and requirement gathering.
- Drive SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare for integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with Oracle developers, middleware teams, and 3PL partners.
