Qualifications

• 5-10 years of strong hands-on experience in the Oracle Core HCM module.

• Proven experience in large-scale HR Cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Core HCM module.
• Oversee the design and development of RICEW objects for the Core HCM module.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, and lead UAT for the Core HCM functional area.
