Job description

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Financial applications.
• Staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud features, releases, technologies, and best practices to manage Cloud transformations.
• Experience of working with multi location, multicultural teams, including India based project teams

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for cloud-based integrations, applications, and extensions using OIC, Visual Builder, and other PaaS tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Cloud applications (like ERP, SCM, HCM) and third-party systems, using techniques like REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Support and maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide ongoing support, and manage patches and upgrades for cloud solutions.
• Security: Implement and maintain cloud security with the best practices, access controls, and identity management.
