Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Optometrist to join our Central Singapore shop. You will interact with customers to obtain case histories, perform comprehensive eye examinations, and provide professional advice on contact lenses and eye health. The role requires registration with the OOB and at least 2 years of experience.

Working hours are 11:00–20:30, five days a week, with weekdays as rest/off days. Central location with sales-driven environment and commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Optometry required.
• Fully registered with Singapore Optometrists & Optician Board (OOB).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Optometrist.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to get detailed case histories.
• Perform eye examinations using specialized equipment for diagnosis and testing.
• Provide professional advice and solutions to customers.
• Present good knowledge when explaining the features of the contact lens.
• Prescribe contact lenses to align with patient diagnosis and preference.
• Dispense and manage inventory of contact lenses, trials and solutions.
• Maintain patient eye health and purchase records.
• Maintain good condition of equipment and measuring devices.
• Ensure smooth running of daily shop operations.
• Actively drive sales of the shop and promote products to support business growth.
• Reports to Assistant Optometrist Manager.
