Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye examinations and dispense optical products across Islandwide Singapore. The role includes customer-facing duties and retail operations within a rotating shift schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Optometry with valid OOB registration, strong communication, and a passion for eye care. Weekend/public holiday shifts may apply, with AWS and monthly incentives provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
• Valid registration and practising certificate with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore.
• Knowledge of contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare and management of contact lens complications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Optometrists from private practice backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Able to work retail rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations, refraction tests and optical dispensing.
• Recommend suitable prescription lenses, lens coatings and frames based on customers' needs.
• Provide professional contact lens fitting, dispensing and aftercare advice.
• Maintain accurate customer prescription records, work orders and payment transactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional eye care advice.
• Support daily retail store operations.
