Job description
  • Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Act as the main liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users for operational matters.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of on-site teams (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.), ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports, including recommendations for process improvements.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management, with prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to perform rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
