Job summary

SEMIKO RECRUITMENT & CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is hiring a Permanent Operator in Woodlands, Singapore, to join a well-established manufacturing environment with stable hours and long-term career opportunities.

You'll operate simple production machines, assemble small components, perform basic quality checks, and follow safety procedures. No prior experience required as training is provided; shift work from 3pm–11pm (Mon–Fri) and 1pm–7pm on Saturdays with AWS and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided
• Good eyesight
• Able to work in cleanroom (wear PPE)
• Singaporeans / SPR only

Responsibilities

• Operate simple production machines
• Perform assembly of small components
• Conduct basic inspection & quality checks
• Packing of finished products
• Follow work instructions & safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness in cleanroom environment
