Job description

Responsible for carrying out field duties according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or supervisor’s instructions.

Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities according to the SOPs.

Perform planned rounds (Field / DCS) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limits and product quality compliance.

Monitor unit performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant equipment, pipeline distribution network and other facilities.

Prepare process equipment for maintenance service, this includes line purging, LOTO.

Take part in operating procedures development and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair.

Perform troubleshooting, resolve field operational issues and provide support for the engineering, operation and maintenance team.

Executions according to production schedules and achieve operation targets in a cost-effective manner.

Perform any other tasks which may be assigned to him by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in ISO-tanker unloading, incineration and water treatment operations will be added advantages.

A forklift license is a plus point.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Effective team player with good communication skills.

Candidates without any relevant experience will be considered as training will be provided.

Incumbents must be willing to work in Tuas South vicinity.
