Job summary

A local service company in Singapore is seeking team members to maintain the cleanliness of school facilities, including CCA venues and staff rooms. Candidates should have effective communication skills, a degree of fitness, and be willing to work rotating shifts. Prior experience in logistics, cleaning, or administrative roles will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
• Prior experience in logistics, cleaning, administrative roles, or school-related experience preferred.
• Acceptable level of fitness and resilience required.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts & Saturdays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of school compound and CCA venues.
• Arrange furniture for meetings, exams, and functions.
• Move heavy objects as needed.
• Lock and unlock classrooms.
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment as required.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.

Working hours

Mondays to Fridays - Rotating shifts and inclusive of 30mins lunch break

6am to 3pm

10am to 7pm

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scope

• Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc
• Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required
• Moving heavy objects from point to point
• Locking/unlocking classrooms
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required
• Any other task assigned by the Reporting Office

Qualification, Skill & Experience

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
• Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
  • Logistics-related work
  • Cleaning duties
  • Administrative roles
  • School-related experience
• Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts & Saturdays, if necessary
