Job summary

A leading organization in Singapore seeks a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree for a contract role to manage public feedback and support service excellence initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Salary of up to $3100 offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with public sector operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to public feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for follow-up actions and service recovery.
  • Support service excellence initiatives and policy implementation.
  • Compile and analyse feedback data for reporting purposes.
