Operations Support Executive / Asst Manager
Location: Bukit Timah or Novena
Salary: $3,500 – $4,500/month
Schedule: 5-day work week (Tue–Sat) | Hybrid: Work-from-home + Centre-based

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling and trial lesson arrangements
• Manage and update teacher timetables and HR records
• Support general administrative and centre operations
• Oversee online lesson enquiries, enrolments, and sales processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles (education sector preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and scheduling platforms
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
