Job description
Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for three critical functions:
  1. Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining a strong pool of subcontractor drivers & freelancers.

  2. Acting as the key contact for assigned customer accounts, handling escalations, and ensuring that all service expectations are consistently met.

  3. Ensuring fulfillment KPIs are met by the team efficiently.

This dual role ensures that customer needs are supported by a reliable driver base, while also providing a professional point of contact for issue resolution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard freelance/subcontractor drivers.

  • Actively recruiting, onboarding and maintaining the pool of freelance and subcontractor drivers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with drivers, ensuring engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Forecast and balance driver supply with customer demand, ensuring fulfillment and SLA compliance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Handle customer escalations, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.

  • Work with operations, customer service, and drivers to resolve delivery-related issues.

  • Monitor account performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare regular reports on driver recruitment, account fulfillment, and service levels.

  • Preparing SOPs, KPI monthly reports, and process improvement plans

Requirements
  • Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Bachelor's Degree in Business/Logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar industry and function.
  • Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsible, team-player, and organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess valid class 3 driving license.
The Job's Working Hours and Location

Mon-Fri 9.00am to 6.30pm, 5.5 days workweek (Able to work from home for the fulfillment of any 4 hours during weekend at the flexible timing)
