About the Role – Web3 Wallet Initiative

The Binance Wallet team is at the forefront of our decentralized future, developing a self-custodial Web3 wallet that empowers users with full control of their assets. This wallet supports a wide array of on-chain services including token swaps, DEX integration, decentralized Earn products, and multi-chain interoperability.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our Wallet Operations team. You will oversee Asset Fund operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure the smooth execution of key business initiatives in the decentralized wallet ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the team lead in implementing structured workflows and operational guidelines to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and control all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery of team goals.
• Resolve wallet-related issues by collaborating with product, engineering, and external service providers.
• Analyze business needs and design suitable operational solutions to meet objectives.
• Investigate and address user-reported issues; propose sustainable improvements.
• Conduct analysis of trading campaigns and asset fund performance.
• Handle various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or traditional finance industries.
• Solid understanding of DEX liquidity strategies and trading campaign execution.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Self-driven, highly responsible, and proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required for coordination with regional teams and partners).
