Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Admin Executive to support our daily operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating sales orders, logistics, and service activities to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders (POs), delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records for sales, service jobs, and shipments.
  • Support vessel service coordination (e.g. arranging technicians, tracking service reports).
  • Assist in stock management, documentation filing, and system updates.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and supporting management when required.
Requirements
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin, logistics, or operations (marine/industrial field preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Familiarity with marine spare parts or service documentation will be an advantage.
