Job summary

Michael Page International is recruiting an Operations Research Specialist for a Singapore-based transport and distribution organisation. You will develop and implement optimisation models to improve operational processes and analyse data to identify trends.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply advanced algorithms, conduct simulations, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in operations research, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and simulation tools.
• Hands-on experience with optimisation modelling and solver technologies such as Gurobi, CPLEX, FICO Xpress, OR-Tools, Pyomo, JuMP, AMPL, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of linear programming, mixed-integer programming, and discrete optimisation methods.
