A local restaurant in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, which includes handling stock orders, food cost control, and supplier communications in Hindi or Punjabi. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to handle pressure, and show a positive attitude. Flexible working hours are included, with staff meals provided and support available for work permits if applicable.
Manage day‑to‑day restaurant floor operations.
Handle ordering of stock, ingredients, and daily supplies.
Maintain food cost control, inventory records, and stock levels.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team.
Check quality of incoming items and monitor wastage.
Assist in customer handling when required.
Support management in daily operational tasks.
Hindi / Punjabi speaking is a must (for kitchen & supplier communication).
Able to handle pressure during peak hours.
Experience in ordering, inventory, and supplier management preferred.
Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
Flexible working hours, including weekends & public holidays.
Positive attitude, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
6-day work week
Split shift / straight shift depending on operations
