Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage operational budgets. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in operational roles, strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement, and a degree in Operations Management or related fields. This role requires excellence in communication and the ability to implement effective SOPs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on operational experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing KPIs, SOPs, and operational audits.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management ability, especially when working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and workflow planning.
  • Implement and maintain detailed SOPs for each operational process.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead improvement projects.
