The Role: Operations & Planning Executive

Erst Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is a Joint Venture between Erst Project GmbH and ISDN Holdings Ltd.
We specialise in developing and producing chemical-free surface coatings, disinfection and cleaning solutions.

You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any division, department or section in the Company or within the Group of Companies.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with Sales Team, Sales Admin, Purchasing, Accounts to execute orders by following the work process flow set up.

  • Manage scheduling of orders, production and delivery.

  • Handling of all complaints and escalating to Management when necessary.

  • Preparation and oversight of the operational budget, development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.

  • Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

  • Work within the operational budget, development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations.

  • Creation production goals, often in cooperation with sales, other executives and the chief executive officer.

  • Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

  • Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.

  • Presentations to fellow executive team members, the CEO, employees, shareholders, the board of directors and the media.

  • Understanding customer needs, requirements and suggest ways to improve customer experience.

  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.

  • The Employee shall process orders at the prices fixed by and the terms and conditions of sales of the Company.

  • SAP knowledge is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma in Business Administration or Operations Management, or a related field

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related area. Experience in managing planning in complex project environments is a plus
