Operations Manager (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of the Huizhou factory and act as the main liaison with Singapore HQ.
  • Oversee production planning, machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly, and surface treatment.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain: material planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Implement Lean practices (5S, VSM, Kanban) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead quality management activities, including AS9100 compliance, audits, NCR investigations, and CAPA.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership; 5+ years in senior/plant management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly & surface treatment.
  • Familiar with low-volume, high-mix production.
  • Proficient in Chinese & English; SAP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or aerospace QMS is an advantage.
