A leading security services organization in Singapore seeks a Jewel Operations Manager (JOM) to oversee day-to-day operations at the Smart Operations Centre (SOC). You will coordinate various functions, respond to alerts, and ensure the efficiency of mall operations. The Smart Operations Centre (SOC) is a smart facility that gives an overview of the mall operations. SOC uses the latest technologies to provide an immediate response to functions such as security, facilities management, attractions and concierge matters. The JOM (Jewel Operations Manager) will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operations of the mall. You will be tasked to oversee the day-to-day operations by anchoring SOC and orchestrating command and control with the various functions.
Monitor and ensure our operators attend to alerts promptly - security and non-security - in the SOC.
Evaluate incidents and elevate them to the relevant departments.
Coordinate and manage incidents with our various functions, service partners and service providers.
Communicate effectively with all personnel to ensure information is passed on correctly.
Gather enquiries, establish facts and prepare reports.
Use software to diagnose problems, collect statistics and generate reports.
Document records of matters that occur during the shift for both day and night.
Ensure all SOC equipment and systems are in working condition at all times.
Identify problems and work with colleagues to rectify them to support the service level requirements of the SOC.
