Job description

The jobholder as part of the care service team, you will be effective and efficient as you hold ownership in managing with the day-to-day operations and responsibilities of homecare and other service areas assigned. You are also responsible to enable service team and our care staff by providing a personalised and quality standard of care to clients in accordance with our policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for developing and carrying out homecare service plans in conjunction with clinical heads and care team in achieving performance outcomes and targets.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to homecare services, oversee daily homecare operations, to ensure smooth operation of homecare services and provide quality of care to clients.

  • Establish, maintain and implement appropriate workflow, procedures and controls for operational processes.

  • Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead or support projects or initiatives that will bring about improved productivity for organisation, better cost-savings, improved patient experiences

  • Work closely with Clinical Heads, Managements and relevant stakeholders in planning of financial budgeting, manpower, service pipeline and regular review of services.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to bring about optimal service processes in quality improvement initiatives.

  • Comply with quality improvement audits and activities - Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives - Identify risks, mitigate and perform service recovery

  • Review and/or develop workflow and SOPs for homecare operations

  • Any other ad hoc duties and projects within job scope, as assigned by Senior Management

Job Specifications
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in related field

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in healthcare operations, project management

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Understanding on health care system

  • Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment

  • Capability to lead and build a team to achieve service excellence
