A healthcare services company in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage day-to-day operations of homecare services. Responsibilities include developing service plans, ensuring quality care, and leading improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in healthcare operations, possesses strong project management skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools. The role requires effective interpersonal skills and the capability to lead a team towards service excellence.
The jobholder as part of the care service team, you will be effective and efficient as you hold ownership in managing with the day-to-day operations and responsibilities of homecare and other service areas assigned. You are also responsible to enable service team and our care staff by providing a personalised and quality standard of care to clients in accordance with our policies and standards.
Be responsible for developing and carrying out homecare service plans in conjunction with clinical heads and care team in achieving performance outcomes and targets.
Provide administrative and operational support to homecare services, oversee daily homecare operations, to ensure smooth operation of homecare services and provide quality of care to clients.
Establish, maintain and implement appropriate workflow, procedures and controls for operational processes.
Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead or support projects or initiatives that will bring about improved productivity for organisation, better cost-savings, improved patient experiences
Work closely with Clinical Heads, Managements and relevant stakeholders in planning of financial budgeting, manpower, service pipeline and regular review of services.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to bring about optimal service processes in quality improvement initiatives.
Comply with quality improvement audits and activities - Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives - Identify risks, mitigate and perform service recovery
Review and/or develop workflow and SOPs for homecare operations
Any other ad hoc duties and projects within job scope, as assigned by Senior Management
Possess a Bachelor Degree in related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in healthcare operations, project management
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Understanding on health care system
Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a fast-paced environment
Capability to lead and build a team to achieve service excellence
Independent and good-team player
