A leading healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to manage homecare operations. The ideal candidate will develop service plans, oversee daily operations, and lead quality improvement initiatives. This role requires at least 6 years of experience in healthcare operations, with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as well as the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
The jobholder as part of the care service team, you will be effective and efficient as you hold ownership in managing with the day-to‑day operations and responsibilities of homecare and other service areas assigned. You are also responsible to enable service team and our care staff by providing a personalised and quality standard of care to clients in accordance with our policies and standards.
