Job summary

A leading solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational management of third-party suppliers and vendors. The successful candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, handle procurement processes, and ensure budget tracking across projects in the APAC and North America regions. Ideal applicants will have 5–7 years of vendor management experience and strong project management skills.

  • 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or project/contract operations.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven and able to work independently.
  • Flexible to support teams across multiple time zones.
  • Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly preferred.

Job description

Job Overview:

  • We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational management of third-party suppliers and vendors, supporting projects in content development and strategic partnerships across the APAC and North America regions.
  • This role ensures seamless onboarding, contracting, procurement and budget tracking to support successful project delivery in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Onboarding & Compliance

  • Oversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain due diligence standards.

2. Contract Management

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle — from drafting and reviewing to amending and terminating agreements.
  • Work closely with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and track contract status.

3. Procurement & Payment Operations

  • Process purchase requests and purchase orders in line with approval and budget requirements.
  • Liaise with finance and project teams to ensure timely payments and issue resolution.

4. Budget Tracking & Invoice Approval

  • Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
