Job summary

A catering services company in Singapore is seeking a management professional to oversee daily operations across three outlets. The ideal candidate will need to be fluent in at least two languages, possess a food safety certification, and demonstrate knowledge of staff management and inventory control. Responsibilities include coordinating billing, ensuring hygiene standards, and handling marketing efforts. This role requires flexibility with work hours and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in at least two of the following: English, Tamil, Mandarin, or Malay.
  • Food safety course certification from SFA is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for 3 outlets.
  • Manage billing and accounting with the team weekly.
  • Handle human resources management and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day Operations and management for 3 outlets (4th outlet expansion is in-progress )
  • Should be ready for extended hours (Morning 5 AM to 11 PM) with multiple small breaks
  • Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service
  • Food safety course from SFA is mandatory
  • Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)
  • Nutrition certificate will be added advantage
  • Billing and Accounts needs to be co-ordinated with Accounts/Auditing team on weekly basis.
  • Human resources management. Staff attendance, entry and exit timing management in software system.
  • Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier management)
  • Fixing the menu for the day and arranging the stocks accordingly in advance
  • Create/Handle Social media marketing / Digital marketing
  • Ready to handle different timings and need to handle all the outlet queries and shifts
  • Monthly 2 days off based on work load staff availability.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Catering management, Packaging and delivery should be handled in efficient way to maintain the cost.
