Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure all processes run efficiently
• In charge of developing new SOP to help improve work process
• Identify, evaluate, and manage keybusiness partners and customer
• Support in business continuity activities and records management
• Support monthly compliance check on the contract management deliverables and consolidate evidence to support all the deliverables
• Meeting management expectations
• Involved in planning schedule
• Budget controls and management
• Involve in meetings with potential/current clients to work out their concerns and expectations
• Preparations of weekly/monthly reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
