Job summary

Operations Manager | Central | Mon–Fri 9-6 | Up to $5,000

Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: Up to SGD$5,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee operational controls, administrative functions, and internal processes. This role plays a key part in strengthening organizational efficiency, supporting management, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across office, warehouse, and service administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily operations, administrative processes, and internal controls
  • Develop operational plans, budgets, and performance tracking to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers on operational matters
  • Manage warehouse, inventory, and import/export logistics to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency
  • Liaise with IT vendors to support system maintenance and software updates
  • Oversee facilities repairs and maintenance within approved budgets
  • Support manpower planning and implement strategies to meet staffing needs
  • Lead and manage Office Administration and Service Administration teams
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for the General Manager
  • Communicate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, responsible, and resourceful with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • IT‑savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer‑service oriented mindset
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Piano playing ability or interest in music appreciation is an added advantage
