Job summary

The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking for a skilled and efficient Operations Manager to join our catering team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the catering department, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality food standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall performance of assigned kitchens.
  • Oversee preparation and production of food items.
  • Drive food quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure delivery-on-time fulfilment.
  • Manage and uphold serviceability and hygiene integrity of kitchen infrastructure & equipment.
  • Manager staff related matters; including staff integration, coaching/mentoring and performance management.
  • Participate in cross functional initiatives, including automation projects
Requirements
  • Diploma in F&B Management/ Operations, Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
  • Resourceful and innovative
  • Able to work 6 days work week and on PH/CNY
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail.
