As we continue to expand, we are seeking for a skilled and efficient Operations Manager to join our catering team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily logistics and operational functions of the catering service. This role ensures that all food orders are accurately fulfilled, deliveries are executed on time, and customers receive exceptional service. The Operations Manager coordinates team schedules, manages drivers, and serves as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints.
Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for daily catering activities.
Manage and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient food delivery.
Supervise inventory and food fulfillment processes to guarantee order accuracy and quality.
Create, update, and manage schedules for drivers and operations staff.
Monitor staff performance and ensure all team members follow operational standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen, fulfillment, and delivery teams to streamline operations.
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Investigate and resolve service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support customer communication with clear, professional, and timely responses.
Ensure food handling, packaging, and delivery meet health, safety, and company standards.
Conduct regular checks on fulfillment processes and delivery performance.
Implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Monitor operational KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with management on cost control, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (preferably in food service or catering).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in scheduling systems, delivery management tools, and basic office software.
