• Lead planning of suitable activities based on children's needs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies for managing crises and issues at the school.

Job description

Campus Operations

• Managing the day to day operation of the campus including co-ordinating the provision of a safe, secure and stimulating environment and meeting ECDA licensing requirements
• Ensuring that staff comply at all times with pre‑school policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion, confidentiality
• Supervising and contributing to performance management of staff according to policies and procedures
• Leading the planning of safe, stimulating and appropriate opportunities according to children’s needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the ECDA
• Responsible for the operations of campus including; high standards of customer service, quality check, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory authorities.

Strategy and Crisis Control

• Lead on strategy and content development to manage issues or crises at the school
• Work with the Head of Marketing/Communications to tailor crisis communications protocols/ School improvements
• Anticipate and advise on potential issues - Develop plans to attenuate and manage issues
