Job description
Responsibilities
  • Plan and allocate manpower resources to optimize operational efficiency and performance across production lines
  • Develop and implement staff development and training plans to enhance technical competencies of operation staff
  • Initiate and lead productivity improvement programs to maximize machine, manpower, and process efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery outcomes
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality supply of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain inventory integrity of raw materials and finished goods across all locations
  • Recommend and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, systems, and machinery to align operations with market demands
  • Participate actively in contract review meetings to contribute operational insights and ensure feasibility
  • Establish and uphold standardized operational practices across all sites to maintain consistency and compliance
  • Recommend and verify corrective actions for product non-conformities to ensure quality standards are met
  • Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to address operational issues and prevent recurrence
  • Monitor and reduce Cost of Poor Quality to minimize waste and improve cost efficiency
  • Establish, maintain, and execute tasks aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to meet deadlines and achieve results
  • Demonstrate leadership by managing pressures and motivating teams to achieve operational goals
Requirements
  • Diploma with 10 years of related experience or Degree with 3 years of related experience in plastic injection molding, automation, or manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection or 10 years in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in manpower management within a manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in production process optimization and technical support for plastic injection molding and automation
  • Competent in IT tools including MS Office and Microsoft Project for planning and reporting
  • Certified in plastic-related training or plastic injection machine operation
