Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Operations Manager to lead our hotel operations during night shifts and weekends. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of hands‑on operations experience in hotels in Singapore. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and staff supervision during non‑standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all hotel operations during night shifts and weekends.
  • Lead and support night shift teams, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security.
  • Ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out processes and address guest needs or complaints promptly.
  • Handle night audits and ensure accurate reporting of daily revenue and occupancy figures.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and safety across the hotel.
  • Respond to emergencies, handle incidents, and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Ensure handover of all important matters to the day team for continuity.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with Singapore’s hotel regulations.
  • Train and guide night staff to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience in Singapore is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing night shifts and weekend operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of local hospitality regulations and service standards.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Able to work independently and make decisions during critical situations.
