A leading operator of coffee shops in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day management of multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to operational standards, manage staff, and maintain service quality. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management is required, with strong skills in planning and communication. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of POS systems are essential.

  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day management and performance of multiple coffeeshop outlets. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in F&A or coffeeshops operations, demonstrate strong skills in roster planning, and possess the resilience to tackle challenges while driving operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

This role ensures smooth operations, maintains high standards of cleanliness and service, manages tenants and vendors, business development activities and maintain the company’s overall operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies
  • Plan and manage duty rosters effectively across multiple outlets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, tenant service quality, and maintenance issues.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues promptly, including equipment breakdowns, manpower shortages, or tenant concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, manpower, and employment regulations.
  • Support recruitment, training, and staff performance management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&A and coffeeshop.
  • Strong in roster planning, people management and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple outlets or projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays when required.
  • Proficient in English in written and verbal communication, advantage if able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office and software (E.g. POS and HRIS - Infotech experience is an advantage).
